CUSTOM ORDERS
I do accept custom orders for patterns, kits, and finished stitches. Pricing varies depending on the pattern. When requesting a custom order please be as descriptive as possible when explaining your design ideas.​ Request your custom order at the Commission page.
SHIPPING
Digital downloads will be available through the website upon purchase. If you have requested a custom pattern, I will email you a preview. Once preview is accepted, I will email you your pdf pattern. If you have order a custom physical item, you will be quoted a estimated time of shipment. Items will be shipped to you via USPS. Once shipped you will receive tracking.
SELLING POLICY
Can you sell a finished item that you have created from my patterns? Obviously don't resell my patterns. If you would like to sell the finished stitches I ask that you please DO NOT list them for online sale. If you want to sell them at craft fairs or to friends who have asked you to make them something, then absolutely. I do feel you should be paid for your labor of making the product. Please give my shop credit for the pattern if you are planning to sell.
RETURNS
Digital download cannot be refunded. Previews of custom orders will be sent via email and must be approved before shipment. Physical items cannot be refunded unless the item arrive defective, in which case the purchaser will have to pay return shipping. Refund will be processed once the defective item has been returned and received.

My stream schedule is complete dependent on my day job. I work in retail, which can be very random. The best way to keep up to date on what time I am live on Twitch is through becoming a member of my Discord. It is a 24/7 chat room where I give stream updates, answer questions, and where we share progress photos of our ongoing projects.
